I’ve been longing for new dining chairs for a while now, and with adding a new dining table (see my post on that here), now is the perfect time.
Or so I thought. I’m struggling to find chairs that I like that are in stock. So I’ll just need to be a little more patient. But here are some of the ones that have caught my eye.
Cane
Let’s start with my favorite. I love the breezy, casual feel of this chair. And although I haven’t sat in it, it definitely looks comfy.
Unfortunately, I haven’t had much luck finding this in stock. Here are 2 sources in case you want to keep tabs yourself.
I do love cane, and I eyed these other options too.

Windsor
I love this modern take on the Windsor chair. It’s also quite comfortable, especially for an unupholstered chair, which is a necessity for our family. It comes in 5 different colors: natural, white, gray, black and dark walnut. Another bonus? There is a whole collection with counter height stools in all colors, as well as bar stools and an armed chair in black or white, and a bench available in black.
My only problem? Stock issues. Still, I wanted to include it here as it’s at the top of my list, and Target is pretty good about updating you when items come back in stock.
You can stay right at Target for another great, budget-friendly Windsor option. This one comes in other fun colors too, including a pretty aqua and dark blue.

Due to stock issues, I still haven’t grabbed my favorites, but maybe you can get yours! Next I’ll share my favorite lights, and thankfully I was able to get one of those in stock.
