Note: This post is a few weeks old. There was vacation and a rush to get staging done and suddenly, here we are. We are in fact very close to market, but for now, here is a little update!
Things are getting exciting at the Rough Ranch. It’s fun to see the house start looking like a home. If you want to start at the beginning, be sure to check out Flippin’ Friday: Introducing the Rough Ranch and the video tour of the home.
Outside, the shutters have been painted and the house cleaned. Next up, some pretty plants.
In the kitchen, there are custom stained and finished cabinets with quartz countertops.
We are topping it off with handmade plate racks and a simple backsplash.
The bathrooms are getting complete makeovers. Last time I showed you how we took some space from the hall bath and a closet to make a functional master bath. It is amazing how much better it feels in there! We have a nice 44″ vanity in the master now as well as a full 5 foot tiled shower.
The big back room is much brighter (and sturdier) than before!
It’s coming together quickly now and I’m excited to see it all completed! I’ll share final pics soon as well as plans for the plate racks and all the details on the kitchen.
