It’s time for another flippin’ Friday! We are still very much in the early stages, which means we are still tearing out.
Remember the basement?
This pic is just a tiny portion of it. But now it’s cleaned out!
The other big changes are in the kitchen, which isn’t a surprise because with this house, it is also the biggest challenge.
The angled wall…
is gone!
As are the kitchen cabinets.
The HVAC ductwork is also being moved, so we’ve found some much needed space in the kitchen.
One of the things I find intriguing about tear-out are the layers of life underneath. I guess this kitchen was once decked out in blue flooring with parading geese 🙂
