Things have been slowing moving along here, but there are a lot of visual changes since the last time I checked in. For one, we have a roof! Here is how it looked over labor day weekend. It took some time to get used to the height of this building, but I know it’s worth it when I go upstairs.
Next came one of my favorite parts, the tongue and groove ceiling in the pool area and the decorative end gable.
The stairs also went in, so I finally got to see the upstairs storage space. And Ben loves going up and down the steps.
And last but certainly not least is another favorite part, the doors and my little front porch.
And oh yeah, shingles went on 🙂 Hopefully next week, the siding will start going up.
